Strong Showing at the Inter-School Bouldering Competition

SJI fielded two teams under a new format, with the C Division placing 4th and B Division finishing 7th.
On 21 March, a group of SJI students participated in the annual Inter-School Bouldering Competition. This highly anticipated event brings together climbers from various schools to compete in a challenging display of skill and endurance. This year, the competition featured a new format where students formed teams to represent their schools.
SJI fielded two teams in the event and our boys showed resilience and determination to achieve good results. The C Division team secured an impressive 4th place, while the B Division team finished 7th, a notable achievement, especially considering the students' training takes place outside of their regular curriculum hours.
The captain of the C Division team, Asher Tan (ML201), proudly received the trophy on behalf of his team.
