SJI Young Reporters Make the News!

Three Josephians won Silver at the Young Reporter News Challenge for reporting on playground dangers.
The "2024 Young Reporter News Challenge," organised by Mediacorp and other partners, concluded on May 24th at the MOE Edutorium.
SJI students Haru Toh (LE302), Jonas Goh (LE302), and Yves Yong (LE302) conducted research on playground dangers and advocated for safety improvements, earning the Silver Award for their newsworthy and insightful coverage.
The competition also helped participants enhance their skills in news writing, interviewing, editing, and production.
