Themed "Go All In," the day featured a Year 3 seminar on The Little Nyonya: Emerald Hill, a book display, bookmark-making and a Treasure Book Hunt.
SJI World Book Day 2026 was a vibrant celebration of this year’s theme, “Go All In,” encouraging students to immerse themselves in reading across a wide range of interests, including sports, mystery, history, anime, science and beyond.
Year 3 students marked the occasion with The Little Nyonya: Emerald Hill Reading Seminar and Workshop, where they explored the text’s rich historical and cultural dimensions through guided reading and interactive activities led by a professional team.
The celebration also featured a library book display, bookmark-making, a literary quiz, a Treasure Book Hunt and multilingual book recommendations during OMG sessions. Truly, going all in means embracing every story.
