SJI Drama Club Unmasks Strength

The club staged "The Capes We Leave Behind" at Gateway Theatre, a play about four friends who reimagine themselves as superheroes.
In April, the SJI Drama Club took to the stage at Gateway Theatre with the play, The Capes We Leave Behind. The story follows four close friends from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds who, in the face of personal challenges, reimagine themselves as superheroes. Through their journey, they come to realise that true strength lies in honesty, mutual support and embracing imperfection.
Led by a talented main cast comprising Shravy Jindal (LE 403), Dominic Wong (FN 301), Sankara Narayanan Aryaditya (ML 302) and Kaden Koh (MN 301), and supported by a dedicated ensemble and crew, the production was both powerful and heartfelt, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
