Josephians Win ‘Most Artistic Award’ at ViaRT Award 2021

Five Year 1 Josephians won the Most Artistic Award for sculptures made from recycled materials.

Recycled waste sculptures of sea animals and jellyfish made from newspaper, cardboard, plastic bottles, and food packaging.

Five Year 1 students - Lucas Seah, Lucius Emmanuel Supardi, Rick Chen Ruiyi, Santino Dev Joseph Xavier, Aaron Yeo - submitted 5 sculptures made using recycled materials in the ViaRT Award 2021: A Waste Beyond (opens in new tab), a competition organised by National Environment Agency (NEA). They are amongst the winners who won the ‘Most Artistic Award’.

In collaboration with Sustainable Singapore Gallery, all finalists' artworks will be featured in the ViaRT exhibition in Feb 2022 in the Sustainable Singapore Gallery. More details about the Ceremony and Exhibition will be announced in Jan 2022!
