Josephians Shine at National Malay Oratorical Competition

Davin Matthew Shanaz and Rafiq Rizqi Bin Jefri won Champion titles in the Lower and Upper Secondary categories, while Irfan Ziqri was Runner-Up.
Three talented Josephians — Davin Matthew Shanaz (ML103), Irfan Ziqri Bin Mohamed Azam (ML101), and Rafiq Rizqi Bin Jefri (MN301) — have done SJI proud at the prestigious National Malay Oratorical Competition organised by Nusa Language Centre.
From the preliminary rounds to the finals held on 25 August 2025, they showcased their eloquence, confidence, and passion for oratory. Competing against four other finalists in the lower and upper secondary categories, their powerful speeches captivated both the judges and audience.
We are delighted to share that Davin and Rafiq emerged as Champions in the Lower and Upper Secondary Categories respectively, while Irfan clinched the Runner-Up position in the Lower Secondary Category.
