Josephians Impress at Taekwondo Youth Grand Slam

SJI students won multiple gold medals and a bronze at the 900-plus participant event.

Four young taekwondo athletes in uniforms display gold medals at an indoor sports competition venue.

Josephians put up an impressive performance at the recently concluded Taekwondo Youth Grand Slam on 7 March 2026.

The competition saw more than 900 participants, making it one of the largest youth taekwondo events this season. The event was organised by Tampines West Community Sports Network and KickLab Singapore, with matches conducted under the latest World Taekwondo rules and supported by the Singapore Taekwondo Federation.

We are proud of the determination, discipline and sportsmanship displayed by our Josephians in the competition.
