Josephian Named Among Top 100 Emerging Innovators Worldwide

Eve Ang Yee Leng was named a Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2025 honouree for AI-based cancer detection work inspired by her mother's illness, and was also named a Top 100 high school student worldwide in the 2026 Emerging Innovator Awards.
Named among Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech 2025 honourees in the Girls in Tech category, Josephian Eve Ang Yee Leng is recognised nationally and internationally as a young leader shaping the future of ethical artificial intelligence.
Commended by Minister Josephine Teo for developing AI for cancer detection inspired by her mother’s battle with breast cancer, Eve represents how purpose-driven innovation can arise from empathy and conviction. Yet behind these accolades lies the story of a grounded Josephian whose journey was defined as much by compassion as by intellect.
