Flying the Flag with Pride in Asian Canoe Competitions

National Junior Team canoeists Kono Liam Yasuo Cukingnan, Trevis Lee Wen Xian and Choo Kai represented Singapore at the 2025 Asian Canoe Cup and Asian Canoe Marathon in Hong Kong, with Choo Kai earning podium finishes.
Three of our SJI Canoeist, who are also part of the National Junior Team Canoe, Kono Liam Yasuo Cukingnan (LE401), Trevis Lee Wen Xian (ML403) and Choo Kai (ML513), represented Singapore at two international competitions, 2025 Asian Canoe Cup and Canoe Ocean Racing, Asian Canoe Marathon in Hong Kong, China.
Our canoeist, Choo Kai, has done us all extremely proud by attaining podium finish in the following events:
Individual U18 K1 Marathon Short Distance - 3rd position
Team/Pair U23 K2 200m – Choo Kai and a fellow athlete finished in 2nd place
