BEACON BAKE SALE

The long-awaited annual Beacon Bake Sale has finally begun!

Our SJI students have teamed up to compete in an exciting round of Bake Off, with the top teams advancing onto the Bake Sale.

The Bake Off featured a variety of delightful treats, showcasing our students’ creativity and dedication. From cookies to tiramisu and more, the goods consisted of a mix of fan-favourite and unique flavours.

The Beacon Bake Sale seeks to raise funds for the SJI’s 175th anniversary while reflecting the Lasallian values of faith, service and community. Through this opportunity, students get hands-on experience into the culinary world, allowing them to discover their talent for baking and entrepreneurship.
