Josephians are passionate about what they do as they know clearly what they believe and why they believe. They are not afraid to venture beyond the conventional paths to discover and develop their personal vocation, and to find meaning in life. They approach life and work with a sense of purpose and meaning.
People-Centred and Principled
Josephians place people at the centre in their approach to life. They understand and accept themselves and others. They show compassion and respect towards the needs and feelings of others. They work effectively and willingly in collaboration with others.
