Individualised Enrichment Programme (IEP)

Josephians pursue their interests through the Individualised Enrichment Programme (IEP). This programme encourages Josephians to develop themselves into ‘unique individuals with strong passions’.

Students are given opportunities to discover and expand their interest and talent beyond academic areas. The vision of Josephians individuals with a broad-based foundation coupled with depth is realised through IEP.

IEP directs enrichment in the Arts, Physical Recreation and Languages. Students are offered a variety of individualised enrichment modules (IEM) that are conducted over a period of 10 weeks each.

Students who offer sports as their CCA are required to choose a Language and Communication or Aesthetics module while those who belonged to a uniform group, club or society for their Co-curricular Activity were required to choose a Physical Recreational module.

This has enabled students to be introduced to various activities in the three major areas of enrichment in SJI.

Consequently, Josephians are exposed to varied areas of development, receive training and participate in activities in an authentic context.
