The school fees for 2013 - 2015 are listed below for your information. Please note the fees provided below are correct as of September 2012. They are subjected to change, when necessary.
The school fees and miscellaneous fees collected cover the costs of education at SJI for the following items:
- Manpower costs which include paying competitive staff salaries, professional learning, smaller class sizes and better support for student learning;
- General costs which include general maintenance of the school facilities/premises and utilities;
- Curriculum costs for mainly activities conducted in school which include items such as notes and handouts for classroom lessons and compulsory special programmes such as Religious, Moral & Social Education (both "O' and IP tracks), Business Design Thinking (both 'O' and IP tracks) and World & Me (IP track only), materials for science laboratory lessons, school-based assessment materials, printing of other schools' assessment materials, services for CCAs such as coaches and instructors, transportation for selected trips pertaining to CCAs and compulsory curriculum requirements, basic school insurance, school diary, school annual, required photographs, ICT support and reading programme resources.
Every Singaporean student who qualifies for admission will not be denied an SJI education because of inability to pay or genuine financial difficulty. Please refer to the financial aid section for more information, if required.

From 2013, all international students will be required to pay their fees in 2 installments; the first installment should be paid latest by the first week of February and the second installment will paid latest by the first week of July.

Secondary School
In addition to the school and miscellaneous fees above, the other costs which will be incurred for secondary education in the course of the school year are provided below for your reference. Please note that the cost wil vary from student to student depending on the options taken and amount of Edusave available to tap on to defray part of the cost of international trips.

Notes:
- The actual amount of fees paid for the 'O' level exam will depend on the number subjects registered for the exam. The costing provided is for students who are Singapore citizens. PR and international students will pay between $390 - $490 and $620 - $820 respectively.
- The costing provided are for the 4D3N Adventure Camp & Expedition (ACE) at the end of Secondary 1 and a 3D2N bonding camp at the beginning Secondary 3.
- All students will have an opportunity to go on an overseas trip under the Josephian International Education programme (JIEP) at least once during the course of secondary education. In addition to an overseas trip to countries as such US, Canada or in Europe in Secondary 3, all IP students will be participating in an overseas residential programme for at least 4 weeks at either Guiyang, China or Philippines in Semester 2 of Secondary 4. Students in need of financial aid will be provided with additional funding for the JIEP trip. The student's Edusave can be used ot defray part of the cost of the JIEP trip.
